Kevan Ogden wins People’s Play Award

Many congratulations to Kevan Ogden, who this week was announced as the winner of the biennial People’s Play Award for his play, Ersatz.
 
The winner of the competition, which is jointly run by New Writing North and the People’s Theatre, gets a £2,000 cash prize as well as seeing their play produced.
 
Ersatz will be performed in the People's Theatre Studio in Heaton for a five-night run from 20 to 24 November.
